Measurements can be performed-largely independent of powder color or type-on a wide variety of substrates, such as metal, wood, glass, or plastic. For specialized powders, custom measurement applications can be created through a referencing process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Identify deviations, avoid costs:<\/strong> Over-coating and under-coating can be identified and corrected while still in the coating booth. This reduces powder consumption, energy costs, and time-consuming rework, while also increasing process reliability.<\/p>\n<p>The LED-B Gun is available in two versions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>33-mm variant:<\/strong> For close-up measurements in cases of restricted component geometry.<\/li>\n<li><strong>75-mm variant:<\/strong> Standard version with an extended depth-of-field.
